Erin is a real estate broker and owner of Anchor Realty, located in Rochester, Massachusetts. She grew up in Wareham before moving to Rochester, where she raised her four children alongside her husband. Erin acquired extensive experience in her early career through office management and co-ownership of a workplace safety training and consulting firm. From these experiences she found her passion for leadership, engagement, and continuous improvement. In 2017, Erin began her journey into the real estate industry and quickly acquired her MA Real Estate Salesperson License before gaining her MA Real Estate Brokers License in 2020. Erin has since broadened her scope of work by acquiring her RI Real Estate Broker License in 2023.

Erin is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers across MA & RI with a deep passion for creating enjoyable experiences for clients and colleagues alike. As the owner of Anchor Realty, Erin places emphasis on furthering her education to better service her clients in addition to being a source of knowledge and strategy for her agents. Erin prides herself on her ability to make honest and meaningful connections with her clients and colleagues. Her signature lively personality and sense of humor leave lasting impressions with everyone she works with. She extends her compassion to her community through her involvement with the National Association of REALTORS®, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, REALTOR® Association of Southeastern Massachusetts, Rochester Affordable Housing Inc., and the Booster Club at Old Rochester Regional High School.

In her free time, Erin prioritizes connecting and being present with family and friends. In the summertime, she soaks up every moment possible at the beach or going on walks with her favorite goldendoodle, Oakley. In the colder months you will find her skiing the mountains of New Hampshire and supporting her children’s sporting events. Year round, Erin finds the balance between her hard work and making lasting memories with those around her.
